From there, the path leads to funding - first to launch the initial hemp-lime retrofit in your county, then to scale to ten retrofits/county as a data science project. We have a funding program for retrofits that is independent of personal credit score. It is likely that every state in the union has an insulation retrofit opportunity that is similar to the $2B/year market that is guiding growth in New York State.
Public Benefit Contracts (PBC) govern this work. If you create a tool, process, product, or service as part of this initiative, the contract you negotiate determines the equity and cash flow you receive for the duration of the agreement. Your contributions have lasting value. The PBC also document the percentage of profits you plan to share for public benefit, which communities are now using to make purchasing decisions as The People build an new eco system.
